FIRST FLOOR

The First floor is dedicated to the sleeping quarters and is composed of:

 

• three double bedrooms with private bathrooms

• two double rooms with twin beds sharing a big bathroom

​

One of the two double rooms with separates twin beds has the possibility to add two additional beds, allowing for 12 guests to be guests at Il Roseto. Also, in case of need an infant bed can be added to one of the rooms.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating with private temperature control.

 

Both sides of the first floor look over the Monferrato hills and the Villa's garden and each window is provided with a fly screen (disinsection against mosquitoes is carried out regularly during the summer season).
