The Villa GIOMOA is a Villa of Lauzetian Collection completed in the first months of 2019 and is located on the threshold of the Costa dei Gabbiani (Seagull Coast Park) natural reserve, an area rich in inlets and small exclusive beaches. This is a place where privacy and comfort are guaranteed.

The Villa was built according to the principles of sustainability with environmentally friendly materials, solar panels, LED lights, ecological paints and resin floors.

This location is bright and modern, well furnished and it is divided in two levels, which can be independent or shared as a unique space, is ideal for families with children or a group of friends and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The Ground Floor:

The ground floor can host up to 4 people thanks to one double room and one bedroom with double beds and the two bathrooms available.

The access to the garden surrounding the Villa is possible thanks to the large glass windows installed in the bedrooms and the living room.

The First Floor:

The first floor is specular to the ground floor and accommodates two wide bedrooms (one double room and one with double beds) with two private big bathrooms.

All the comforts find place also on this floor of the Villa, which has a comfortable fully furnished living room, and, additionally, a spacious terrace with a view on the large garden and the sea landscape that serves as an additional living area both during the day and the evening hours thanks to the installed external lighting.

Guests of Villa Giomoa can can find all the comforts of a modern home as air conditioning, TV 4k UHD with SAT channels in different languages and WIFI broadband.

​

The private, enclosed garden surrounding the villa is decorated with olive trees, exotic plant, big trees, meadows, flowers and palms, and from May 2019 a newly installed pool will be available for the guests of Villa Giomoa only.
